All of them being extremely precious to our family, I was anxious to let them go to a company – however, Beth makes the service so personal, I felt very comfortable and confident that she would take care of our special photos, which she absolutely did.

Some were practically in half, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but we were blown away with what’s been achieved.
We received the original photos back and a USB full of our new and improved versions, that we can now keep and share with the whole family.

I’d also like to add how refreshing it was to see transparent pricing structures and no hidden costs, as well as a clear invoice with a breakdown of the cost. (We had some slide scanning done, as well as restoration).

I thought this may cause issues but far from it!
Beth was so great at letting me know how she could help and really made the process seamless. She restored them back to their former glory.
The time, care and customer service I received was amazing.
As a family we’ve been able to see photos we never knew existed and I’ll certainly be using this service again.
